Shipping policy

We ship once a week, every Friday. Orders placed by Thursday go out that Friday, and anything after rides along the following week. So depending on when you order, your piece may leave within a few days or wait until the next Friday, up to about a week. Once it ships, standard delivery within the US runs about 3 to 5 business days. Thanks for your patience, it's just us back here packing these by hand.

Shipping rates

US shipping is a flat rate based on the weight of your order, shown at checkout. As a rough guide: small items like apparel and pendants ship around $6, standard mugs around $12, and larger pieces like bowls around $18. Free US shipping on orders over $250.

We ship internationally too. Canada and Mexico are a flat $25, and the rest of the world is a flat $45. Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility, so please check your local rules before ordering.

How we protect your order

We ship most pieces insured. If something arrives damaged, contact us right away at info@tikidiablo.com with a photo and we'll replace it and handle the carrier claim. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Pre-orders

Some pieces are made to order. For those, you pay a deposit to hold your spot, and the balance, plus current shipping and tax, is calculated and charged when the piece is ready to ship. We'll always say clearly on the listing when something is a pre-order.

Delivery windows are estimates. We can't control carrier delays once your order is out of our hands, but we're always happy to help you track it down.
