TL;DR: We collect the usual stuff, your name, email, and shipping info when you place an order. We also use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site, all anonymous, no creepy business. We don't sell your info, ever. We just want to send you cool mugs, not spam. 🌴

a. Personal information. When you place an order or create an account, we collect details like your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment information. We need this to process and fulfill your order.

b. Usage data and cookies. We collect information about how you use our site, like your IP address, pages visited, time on the site, and how you found us. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic. It gathers this in an aggregated, anonymous way and does not identify you personally.

c. Email sign-ups. If you join our newsletter, we store your email with our email provider (EmailOctopus) so we can send you updates about new pieces and drops. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email.

2. How we use your information

Our store runs on Shopify, and your information is stored securely on Shopify's platform. Payments are handled by trusted processors (Shopify Payments and, where offered, PayPal). We never see or store your full payment card details.
